and garlic
lower the cholesterol!
The Medical School of New Delhi, India, a few years ago, published a very interesting study demonstrating that onions and garlic reduce the bad cholesterol in our blood.
They also demonstrated that it does not matter if we eat the onions raw, cooked or fried.
